Founder Randall Harris brings nearly thirty years of business management experience to the leadership of Harris Fractional Consulting Group and Island Fractional Homes. Randall has spent his entire career, as both a corporate manager and an external management consultant, working closely with senior management teams and entrepreneurs in building their organizations and driving business results.
Specializing in planning and project management, business performance improvement, and organization design and development, Randall has worked for such leading companies as Rockwell International, SmithKline Beecham (now Glaxo SmithKline), and Amgen.
